This list of tradespeople is to be used in URGENT repair and maintenance situations only, as per Clauses 59 and 60 of the Residential Tenancy Agreement Prescribed Terms.
Please be advised these tradespeople are to be contaced for URGENT REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE ONLY which occurs outside of office hours.
All repairs, urgent and non-urgent, should be reported to LJ Hooker, Manuka as soon as possible. Should a tradesperson be contacted by the tenant for repairs or maintenance considered non-urgent, the tenant will be liable for all costs involved.
